Based in Wellington, New Zealand's creative capital, Lisa Maule is a professional with 25 years experience in performing arts and events across project work and design.
Lisa enjoys collaborative groups where people exchange ideas and create action. As a project manager Lisa facilitates conversation, drives momentum and focuses enabling people contributing from their strengths.
Lighting design is a core part of Lisa's creative practice and she is critically acclaimed for this art form.

Lisa Maule is an experienced and award winning theatre designer who has contributed to the New Zealand performing arts scene over the past 25 years. Recent work is lighting design for The Clearing by Ross McCormack on a Footnote Dance Company nationwide tour in 2019 - see video on this page.
In addition to her performance design practice Lisa works in project management and coordination across education, performing arts, film, TV and events. Lisa was the Head of Department of the Technical and Management Qualifications at Toi Whakaari: the New Zealand Drama School between 2012 and 2014.
Lisa graduated in 2018 with a Masters in Public Management. The final research focused on collaboration within the Māori theatre company Te Rākau Hua o Te Wao Tapu and is called “Bringing Relationship In: Mātauranga Māori in Project Work”.
